Golden hour glow last night during walkies. It was such a pretty sunset (and it’s a lot cooler time to walk)
It’s hot so I wanted to go for a car ride so that I could roll down the window and stick my head out!
Danta is back home but joined me for walkies this morning. It was HOT so we took a break in the shade. Note I’m protected on both sides from his shenanigans
Danta is going back home today. We really did have a nice time together. He’s a good friend and I’ll miss him being here. But now it is time for recovery, rest, and relaxation!
Danta and I took a detour on last night’s walkies to climb on a big pile of wood chips! Good times!
Had a puppy pool party this weekend and this was the only photo that included Callie, Danta and Me. Danta barfed this morning and Callie had to go to the doctor, so yea, your typical holiday weekend party with more drinkin’ than thibkin’ (everyone is okay)
Danta and I have been on a couple of very nice hikes lately. Here we are overlooking a nice lake. (We overlooked it because we were both distracted)
Found some shade to rest in during a big walk. Had a good view so I could assess potential threats in comfort
The water and waves are fine at the beach, but really the digging is what makes me most excited!
You have to sneak up on your people if you want to really know what is going on! Don’t just hide behind the cushion, become the cushion!
I have a pretty good sixth sense that tells me when someone is pointing a camera at me, so yea, maybe a little. But it didn’t take long for me to get back to dream town. ☺️😃🐾
Here was us a long time ago playing on the same grass. We used to play tug a lot. I think he may have been stronger but I was tenacious! 🥰🐾
Got to see my old pal Harry! He was one of my first besties when we were pups. Haven’t seen him much lately but we sure did run and play a lot! Good to see an old friend 🥰🐾

Hey it’s better to be cautious than to be someone else’s lunch, I always say. How was I supposed to know that these strangers calling my name were actually mom and dad and not some AI facsimile coming to do me wrong?
Having been abandoned for a full lunch time, the Luna cautiously looks out from the foliage to be sure that these intruders into her domain are not predators on the hunt.
I just love finding dead worms in the grass to roll in! Get that stank all over! I did get a little tangled, though!
I’ve got a new hybrid stuffy, and I really like it! It talks to me when I shake it! (Dad replaced the wobbly ball with a babble ball)
