A horrifying incident on the 102 near Stewiacke yesterday. #nsnews I’m going to Fredericton this week and no lie, I’m a little scared about being on the highways for that long.

NS firefighter post on Facebook about a motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian on highway 102. Life flight was on the way there’s a Google map where you can see the highway is red and closed close to Fort Ellis.

A post from Reddit “we just missed it coming home. A man was running north down the middle of the 102 south swerving between the lanes and oncoming traffic. Can’t make assumptions, but he was flailing his arms in the air and he was holding a book or phone in one hand. He was literally running head onto oncoming traffic, like he was trying to get hit. Also, guessing he had just run out onto the 102 because we had to slam on our brakes (along with all the cars around us) and swerve into the shoulder to avoid hitting the vehicles in front of us, and so those behind didn’t rear end, and were luckily able to avoid collision. This was just after the Stewiacke river.

Same, but front deck. The birds have been busy before it gets too hot. Dragonflies are zipping about. Penny is taking #Caturday very seriously, can’t be bothered to move even when the chickadees are on the deck railing lol. It’s been a beautiful morning. Enjoy!

I blocked an account today that I’ve followed a long time. I didn’t want to and was disappointed that I had to. They posted an ai slop image with a Grok logo on it. Maybe it was wasn’t the first time and I’ve never noticed but I was surprised. That account put me on a list and I’m mad about it. 1/2

Speaking of pollinator moths, this guy was here last weekend. Hummingbird moths have to be one of the coolest moths ever!

2 Morning bunnies! Penny ended up chasing one and was shocked to have failed lol. One has its ears being ravaged by ticks, the other looks younger and healthier.

Penny spotted the rabbits first. Cat sitting on the deck, looking through the railing inside a bunny in the grass the bunny is out of focus.

I don’t know if it’s the Wake n Bake or the Bailey’s in my coffee, but I feel friggin great this morning! Happy Saturday pocket friends! Oh, and Happy #Caturday from Princess Penelope, too!
