Have you or Andy ever seen the episodes of Hill Street Blues that feature David Caruso as the leader of an “Irish” street gang who dressed like leprechauns? All the gangs on the show were organized by ethnicity, and the members of each gang all wore the same outfit, like in The Warriors.
