TdF accountability day 11? My left hand gets very sweaty while holding the fiber and I worry about felting. This is the 25% blue rolag.

TdF accountability: finished my second rolag today ar lunch! It's on the left in the second pic. This one was ~12% blue/88% black as part of a planned gradient. Next rolag is 25/75.

TdF accountability, day six: finished the rolag! Still not sure what it is about my mechanics that makes my bicep cramp so bad. Pretty good work for a union meeting.

TdF accountability pics, day four. I am recalling how I gave myself carpal tunnel when I first started spinning. Also got to show off for my boss and a coworker during my lunch when they noticed what I was doing. Left pic is from lunch, right pick is just now.

Tour de Fleece accountability, day 3. (What happened to day 2? Shhh. Shhhhhhh.) I don't know that the fiber sausage looks any smaller or the cop looks any bigger, but trust me, progress is being made. The silk allows me to spin very fine; gravity reminds me not to get too fine with it.

Tour de Fleece accountability post: got started despite some adventures in parenting. I made my own gradient in 50/50 merino and silk and it's spinning up a dream. Forgot how fast my arm starts to hurt from holding it up tho.

A fiber arts project that is not knitting? It's more likely than you think!

An embroider hoop that has been turned into a circular loom. The weaving is alternating rounds of white, blue, green, orange and yellow yarn, tightly packed in the center and increasingly fluffy at the edges.

Two recent 🧶 FOs I never posted progress pics for. Blue scarf is VL Scarf by Jennifer Lovett in Bad Sheep Yarns Water (suri lace held double) and Festival of Lights/Big Blue Wet Thing/Chivalry (sock held double and marled). The chevron wrap is the Phoenix Pathways wrap by Becca Carlson in ...
