Went to a sunflower garden today. Really nice place that would have been better if it hadn’t felt like 100 out.
Couldn't quite pull out a draft win today with a MtG Marvel set, but I did go 6-3 with this one. Hawkeye is very powerful.
Got married on Saturday. It was a lot of work, but a great time and looking forward to the rest of my live with the love of my life.
Not just the highest rated card I’ve booked, but definitely one I’d want to see the most. Bas vs Danielson would rule.
Got my highest rated show and I got an achievement for booking Britt vs Rosa, but I think it was in their early years before their feud really popped off and they were top contenders in the division. 2012 Punk vs 97 Michaels would definitely be a banger.
Added some Nilgai and Blackbucks to the zoo. Got to have good bovidae representation in the zoo and these fit well with the India and Southeast Asia and Oceania theme.
With the announcement of Planet Zoo 2's release date I jumped back into Planet Zoo and built an Orangutan exhibit which I really like for demonstrating a real zoo thing of being a super well built exhibit next to a plain boring one that just gets the job done.
The polar bear exhibit was really big and nicely done and since it was cold they were outside. Would love to see one swimming while in the tunnel through the pool.
Peacocks were showing off in a bunch of different parts of the zoo and the grizzly bear is very impressive in person.
Reptile house was well done as well. Liked the design of a central exhibit broken into three that held bigger animals with the smaller tanks along the outer wall.
The butterfly house was nice. Aviary looked nice, but didn't have a lot of birds to look at.
Went to the Detroit Zoo this weekend and it was an okay zoo. Some of the new exhibits, like the Penguin building, are very well done.
Very appropriate to get this song in Wikigacha since I signed up to be part of Seether's street team in college because I loved their first album. They were pretty disappointing when I saw them live later, not a lot of stage presence. Music sounded just like the album though.
Beef Bourguignon and mashed potatoes turned out great. Sadly the chef doesn't eat beef and won't know.
Went 6-3 on Arena in a TMNT Draft with a black green deck. Loved pulling off the Bebop and Rocksteady combo a couple of times, especially with several cards pulling them back from the graveyard after I cycled them to get land earlier. Especially since I didn't lock green as the second color quickly
Played two Magic drafts with the new Turtles set today and ended up 5-6 between the two decks. Just couldn't get the synergy machines running regularly.
Also got a turtle coloring book to relax with, especially since when my daughter wants me to colir she draws over my work.
Picked up a couple books from the Easley book sale. Really glad to get The City we Became since I got the sequel at the last sale. Love the look of the Illiad/Odyssey combo, and Outsorceror's Apprentice sounds fun.
Too much banana in this smoothie for. Going to keep working on balancing the recipe out.
