It was a great day!! I did 52 laps around the entire Cardiac ward, felt good to get up & go!! 😁 The Sotalol medication is working just fine, EKG’s show I’m in the required margins. The Cardiologist is very pleased. #KeepGoing #NewJourney #HeartHealth
Home for the next 4 days. A room with a view of the river. As they start me on a new medication that will slow the progression of my Ventricular Tachycardia disease, it requires very close monitoring. Lots of quiet time, reflection & peaceful acceptance of this new path. #HeartHealth #Strength
