Just updating this to say that I’ve finished listening to this, and everyone with an interest in childhood & children’s wellbeing should pick this up. It‘s an incredibly important book.

I finally got the last couple of pieces through to make the very Baba Yaga‘s hut inspired section of the Dreamzzz Never Witch’s Midnight Raven set, and it is making me very happy :)

Is the publishing industry on some sort of quest to just never use the word comics? Is this like Whamageddon or something?

This random tumblr quote about Alice‘s Adventures In Wonderland/Through The Looking Glass has accidentally become really important to my career. I’m already working on a project where I quoted it to the editorial team, & it’s just gone into a second pitch document.

In Oxford for the weekend (where I’m appropriately enough making notes for a few projects heavily inspired by Alice in Wonderland), to go to Phoenix Fest tomorrow.

I recently had to explain to someone what makes a good Batman villain, and here’s what I came up with.

I’ve spent yeeeeeeeears getting this project just right, but I finally had an incredibly exciting call about it today! It’s super unique, and absolutely wild. I’ve put *so* much into it, and it kind of acts like a manifesto. I’m positively giddy :)

A sneak peek at some of the projects I’m working on in 2026! I have so many things I’m excited about, some of which I’ll be able to talk about soon! I’ll always be in disbelief that I have any sort of career, let one where I get to work on dream projects. It’s an exciting (& v busy!) year ahead :)
