I honestly could talk a lot more and longer about lineart since B/W comics are one of my biggest passion ever, so if any of you have questions about it, plssss I'd love to answer :3c

and YES. The right brush can and will absolutely help. as you can see none of my lineart brushes are clean and untextured, which helps hide mistakes which would very clearly be visable with clean brushes (such as erasing mistakes which I also do with lineart brush)

And if after all that none of that works............ add the sketch in 19% opacity in a color of your choice on top and tadaa!!/hj

4. Treat the lineart like a sketch. This is a hard one to trick the mind NOT to switch into that "lineart mode" but once you got it, you got it! Be messy, play around, erase with the same tool, give yourself more freedom to add texture in the lines themselves!
