Most of Canada is virtually empty. The vast majority of our population lives along the already existing rail lines. No one is asking for high speed rail to Iqaluit. We have the density for faster and more frequent service in the populated areas.

This was most of my walk to ballet class on Monday evening. 😐 I had to walk in the road a lot of the way. Fairly steep, winding road during rush hour. Dangerous. But I'm a lowly pedestrian, so my safety doesn't matter.
