Very unimportant person with very unimportant views. Am I being serious? Am I joking? Have I completely misread the room? Welcome to Autism Roulette Views my own, name is someone else’s.
its 100% a biased stitch up. The Cass review wasn't perceived as a 100% biased stitch up on release because it uses similar language used in this interim report and there's a lot of fluff to obscure its intent but focus on what emotive language is used and what it prioritises.
That is exactly what it's saying. The interim report makes consistent conclusions that the system is under pressure because kids they deem do not need a diagnosis are seeking a diagnosis to get support. The report's whole purpose is on reducing pressure to the NHS.
I’ll give a longer breakdown later but as an Intelligence Analyst I’m concerned about this report as there’s a lot of red flags, such as this screenshot. In intelligence we use neutral language and veer away from language such as “incentive”. 1/
Interesting for other reasons. The example they use for that question is a description of anxiety and/or stress but without calling it as such and it’s labelled “no problem”, contextualised as not a mental illness such as drug dependence or depression
Their equivalent to the Labour party is trying to defend the selection of a man who chose to get a Nazi tattoo and is looking to be a danger to women. The UK having joke candidates is a sign of a healthy democracy. The US voted in Trump a 2nd time. Nothing we do is as ridiculous as that.
When I became the treasurer for a local branch of Plaid Cymru we had trouble with Halifax adding me and removing the previous treasurer from the account. After six months Halifax just closed the account. Sometimes, banks are just shit, especially if you’re a small business/charity/group
Obscure movie reference time but that’s pretty much the bedroom of the protagonist from Popcorn (2007). A movie so obscure this is the only trailer on YT for it youtu.be/j5MwU7qUKgo?...
What type of person designs a quiz with tech bro and Neo Luddite questions and then doesn’t format the results pages for phones?
Euromillion lucky dips aren’t random. They have a pattern of three close numbers and two close numbers
I appreciate where they are coming from but sometimes you have to appreciate when you aren’t the crux of the argument. Especially when the mere mention of you makes all other attached arguments dismissible.
Ah, the good old, “You’re talking in bad faith and must assume I’m talking in good faith” defence. It’s like the plastic straws ban. When they said everybody should stop, they meant literally everyone, and didn’t give a shit about disability needs. That’s the norm if you’re disabled.
My daughter came back from one of those paint along shows. She says she did okay and painted “Bob the Blob”…then she showed us this.
And you didn’t arrest him for fucking assault? Grabbing someone by the hair is physical bodily harm!
Starting to think we may have a problem with the Supreme Court, especially its selection practices. Replace disability with modern slavery, domestic abuse or even date rape and tell me this sounds okay
Kate Osborne hasn’t hedged her response. She hasn’t discussed legislation but is very clear on what the guidance actually is.
Got to be Deaths Head. The guy is so 80’s coded you can’t just update him for the modern era like other characters. You’re dealing with futuristic obsolescence which is a concept that people would rather retcon than explore.
