RV for when Twitter sinks. Was known there as matt_oslo@OsloMatt And Oslo isn't my name, it's my designation
I'm off to Halifax tomorrow, rather looking forward to it. Gateshead was a bit different a couple of weeks ago. Divine Shade were superb.
Intellectually poor I say that as I'm sitting in my car reading a book by some fella about some stuff
I've still got the fold out guide from when I saw it about 35 years ago in Bayeux. It was impressive. We pretty much had it to ourselves that afternoon and could freely wander back and forth. As I'm not in London, I won't be bothering. I suspect it won't be the same experience. £33!🤣
Missed the show in York at the weekend. My brother in law just delivered some worthwhile compensation.
£1bn a year!!! Gosh, I remember when it was £350m a week (Which was more than £18bn a year in 2016 money) That seems a good deal considering the trade access it allows. Much better value than joining the Board of Peace which has managed to put up oil prices and inflation.
Yeah, some lovely crater impressions with the shadows. First is with an RF100-500x2 and the second is with an RF 800x2 on an R7. Well worth the effort before going to bed!
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Has, or has he not, got the greatest Navy in the world? Has, or has he not, won the war several times over already? Is, or is he not, the biggest sack of shit bumblefuck? Is that all he's got? Call us cowards? No mate, all our ships are busy protecting Greenland from you. Goldfish memory.
You didn't type out in capitals. Lower case misses the E effect! Otherwise, jolly good
Are these the sort of F18s that migrate to Yorkshire at the start of Winter? I managed to catch this last time they came our way.
"Friends" is a beloved American sitcom that aired from 1994 to 2004, following six young adults—Rachel, Ross, Monica, Chandler, Joey, and Orac—living in New York City. The show explores their friendships, romances, careers, and personal growth over ten seasons.
Tonight's Moon, 24th February 2026 as seen from North Yorkshire. Rotated but uncropped
Managed to find a bit of clear sky last night. Rotated but uncropped. Reduced to 2048 pixels and saved as a png to reduce file size.
There's something satisfying about this moon phase, plenty to look at with detail and contrast. This was what I managed on Saturday night in the UK before cloud stopped play. R7, RFx2, RF800f11 I forget the settings...
I had to move mine for Christmas too. Always a delicate operation! I quite like where it has ended up though. Might stay there.
Found these in the back of a drawer this morning. From back before the World went wonky.
