I'm really sorry, I know this is not the right time...but this comment about RossD so so so put me in mind of this, I can't help it...
you might only have 11 more days to get fall vaccinations (esp. C-19). people who want to get this done should probably act with urgency.
I guess the best that can be said about the present day is that we can look to the 'findings' from the FDA and CDC, and just do whatever the opposite is.
this reminds me of the doonesbury strips where Mike tried using voice recognition...
from Charlie Savage, NYT...this language about what was the reality in the 'High Court of Chancery in England at the time of the adoption of the Constitution' is really in the opinion from justice Barrett on whether nationwide injunctions can be issued. now <that's> what originalism means, yikes.
