The Bayview Mackinac has been a disaster, with about half of the boats already retired for one reason or another, and I can't stop laughing at the skippers who took their trackers home and are still appearing in the race.

11. Washing machine was out of commission for 5 weeks while I replaced the main drive because "New washers break in five years but these old ones you can keep fixing forever." It works great!
10. Kids and I made real Fettuccine al'Alfredo from Tasting History, served with mustaches.
7. Took the car into service and told the technician what the code was. We also talked firewood.
6. Taught the kids to play Hold 'Em. This one made her boat on the flop, drew her brother in, then wore his original raise as earrings.

2. Chatted up pavers who were putting in a new driveway in my sub because the house is the same design as mine. We all had a good guffaw at all the dumbasses in our neighborhood who trusted the door to door guy who turned everyone's driveways into sandy ruins.
It was a Powerful year in Dad. 1. Wife was always taking my car because it has a backup camera and carplay, so I gave her car an HU and backup camera. Had to reorder parts twice, make friends on Subaru forums, read AE64.com cover to cover.
Completeled first Car Project on Heisman. Added a backup camera & HU to wife's 2010 Outback. Had to ID steering wheel buttons, rig a relay to send 12v power signal to antenna and weird Harmon Kardon amp. Everything works (if you keep volume <10). Went on a Subaru enthusiasts forum to talk harnesses.
I figured this would be the last time I was put in charge of school photos, but alas.
