MANY years ago I did a painting of the Blue Hosta in my garden. I haven't seen it in my garden for a number of years even though I know it keeps coming back up - deer have been eating it (but they don't like my other hostas).
You inspired me! We have a stump outside the library window and in the mornings I put some bird seed (with a good quantity of sunflower seeds) out for the birds and the local chipmunks. Yesterday a squirrel discovered the "Stump of Plenty".

We should make certain our citizens are fed because that is good for the whole nation. We need to tax the very rich at a much higher rate than we do and has been suggested. In Eisenhower's time it was 90%! republicans are funneling money to the very rich and that is bad for the whole world.
This year we successfully raised at least 4 monarch butterflies! We hope to raise even more next year! Have a great day! 🥂
