one more - this is one of my favourite songs and i sang it the other day, but i couldn't make the vocal production work with the instrumental, so here's the vocals on their own - i hope you enjoy 🧡
here's 'parachute' by sean ono lennon, i sang this 7 years ago (!!) in my uni library at 1 o'clock in the morning when no-one was around
this album being four absolutely incredible pieces of music followed by the most racist song you’ve ever heard
Her audience was fully in love with her, and rightly so. To me, she is THE drag queen, an unending inspiration as I take my own first steps into the genre, and I hope we can all honour her today.
Today would have been the 80th birthday of Reg Bundy, who performed as the legendary drag queen Regina Fong. The queen of The Black Cap in Camden, Regina performed a series of insane monologues themed around contemporary pop culture, advertising jingles, sex phone lines, and riotous singalong fun 🧡
having sat with the album for a few weeks, here's my ranking. Tori fans, feel free to fight me!
it was at this point in the food shop that i realised… i have become a wanker
now the tour is in full swing, here's a setlist that would kill me off: some of my favourite arrangements from this tour, plus a few dream debuts from the new record. Poison & Wine makes it onto this list because seeing Tori & the Angels play this in person was a genuine religious experience ❤️
today's offering is a beautiful, haunting Tori Amos b-side titled 'Honey' 🧡 @undented.bsky.social
Here’s an excerpt of ‘Gold Dust’, one of my favourite pieces of music ever created 🤎
Now that is SPOOKILY similar to Bristol's setlist - the only differences are that Shush has moved, Honey swapped out for Horses, and Big Wheel for Tombigbee. Interesting...
Without stating your age, post your favourite film released the year you turned 18
this makeup just arrived… it is SO beautiful. i’m on the verge of tears, this shit is SO pretty 🥺
my two cents: tonight's setlist is really solid on paper, and far brighter than the vibe that i was expecting from this tour. i do like our new opener, but will need convincing that it's the best choice for that slot. i can't wait to hear songs like Pandora and Sneeze with the band and vocalists!
i had a lovely bank holiday! we went on a ~23k walk with my work friends and I had a super nice time ☺️
