My thoughts go out to the wonderful people of Kumomoto, after today's earthquake. Here is a 7-11 there with multiple Kumamon mascot souvenirs. The people of Kyushu were the nicest in Japan.

Large modern piece of ceramic work that looks vaguely like a piece of pinecone or a seed, with a delicate jagged crack that exposes an inner layer of a bright turquoise color in contrast to the grey scale of the rest of the piece.
