Research. SHIT! - Air temps - human made climate change added 3 to 4c (image 1) - El Nino - human made climate change since its activation, added 3 to 4c to sea surface temperatures (0.5-1c typically). - UK Marine heat - 2c above, with 4-5c in places. Tell me that climate change isn't real! Wankers.
It tend to happen when a someone misses a space after a period with known domain extensions. It turns it into a link. 😵💫 Like yeah.you which likely was "...yeah. You?". If that happens, there should be an x that appears to remove it. 😄
I personally think this track needs another remix with some new and extended adlibs since I added the original adlib/vocal textures in the first place.
Cooler shaded areas and wind gusts have improved my performance which is visible in todays entries from my fitness app and manual input to the spreadsheet and diagnosis tool I've built.
Interesting... Rather cooler morning in Leeds. Not as cool as my body would like but the clouds persisting and the breeze and 30mph northeasterly wind gusts should help this morning.

Short walk today... Managed to extend slightly because of cooler wind, which only lasted for a short time. It seems as if my diagnostic and logging tool that I built is working. I just need to extend some of the functionality before I share this where it might be needed to help people.
As I kept indicating for the UK, there seems to be developing convective available potential energy that in theory could trigger thunderstorms on the 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th of July. With most of the thunderstorm activity likely occurring on the 17th of July.
France and now Spain are through to the Semifinals. Norway vs England and Argentina vs Switzerland left to go.
Everywhere is rather built up in Leeds and hills don't help either. That's the issue, to start having an affect on health, cooler areas are approximately 3+ miles away (~50 mins walk away) and budget is limited especially for a walk which I aim to be 3.5mph daily.
Even mornings flag issues. Most mornings recently have been 20+c between 6 and 9am which was my walking window. This is why I'm annoyed. I went out on a walk after a postpone notice in my diagnosis app, I was able to walk but issues formed about 70% though the short walk under 1.5 miles. 🙄
I'm having to... Along with other issues. I've had to make a tool to figure out if my walking capability will be likely possible or aggravated by conditions, sleep, aspirin use, physical deterioration and many other factors. This is how far I've got so far. 🙄
Seriously... Weather... I need to have words with you... Fuck off already. Weather forecasts and models keep hinting of temps above 22c and a return to 30+c at the end of the current models (12+ days away). 😠 Climate change denialists, if you end up in front of me spouting shit, I'm gonna lamp you.
I use an app called Meteored. All icons (lots of different types) have a description text near to them when clicking through. Works perfectly for me. I can send a link if you want.
