Welcome back to the fuckin’ USA. Left LHR this morning, circled around EWR for an hour then landed only to find out my connection to MYR was cancelled. Oh, and United cancelled ALL smaller jet flights out of EWR today.

On the second to last day of the month, I have completed the American Cancer Society’s Swim 5 miles in May Challenge. I’m very glad I participated in this challenge because it has jumped started my Summer Fitness journey.
