this is the recipe for my favorite smoothie they serve at juiceland in austin. you can use any type of milk, and if protein powder isn’t your jam, add more peanut butter. for fiber, add a tablespoon or two of chia seeds.

Wundershowzen Smoothie
2 cups frozen banana
1 cup organic baby spinach
2 tablespoons hemp protein powder
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 cups rice milk
Blend on high and enjoy.
