Hard Baja Blast! It just keeps getting worse and worse. This thing was fine. Again, no buzz, so I judge it on flavor, and Baja is such a strong and distinct one that you can’t fuck it up and call it a good drink. Thin, weak, not unpleasant but nothing I’m clawing to have again.
Hard Mtn Dew! This was just alright. Lower alcohol content meant I didn’t feel shit throughout this whole thing, straight up. It just tasted like what I imagine diet Mtn Dew would taste like with the bitter undercurrent of alcohol at the end. Lame but ultimately fine.
Chi-Hi Jpop! This thing fucked, I loved it. White Peach flavored, got me buzzed halfway through the can. If I drank it too fast, the peach flavored left me with only the taste of rubbing alcohol and I had to drink water to refresh the flavor, little “built in” moderation there. 6.5 alcohol content.
I’ll be real I don’t see enough love for Bridget’s +R design. It’s an excellent way to get a more lighthearted, cute character to fit in the sorta gothic, heavy world GG was at the time. Xrd and Strive lean way more, like, sci-fi fantasy and stuff. Also I like her posing more in +R fight me
I reread Lethal Protector. Glad to say it hit as well as it always have. I love this motherfucker. Silly man, so full of personality
Like the run tries very cool things but the only time I really like it is when Venom starts looking and acting like Venom (at least, the semi-butchered mid 2000s version)
I see a lot of people talk about how bad 2025 was for fighting games, and from my perspective that’s not true? Things had problems for sure, but most things in life do. Maybe I’m more accepting of them, but I think the only real misses were City Of The Wolves (not its fault) and the MK collection
