The clearest sign yet that Target is on the ropes. The end of summer teacher discount is a cherished public educator ritual. To randomly roll it out 4 weeks before the end of school? When we are trying to get stuff OUT of our classroom? Yeah, they're shook. Also, Target can fuck right off.
