Ikumi is a keeper of the moon miqote! She’s also classified as a Tellurian, a special kind of keeper miqote in my lore that are similar to that of the Cetra / L’cie!! One of their most noticeable features is their tail- it’s much bushier than a regular miqote. They also carry special face paint -

Ikumi gets compliments about her appearance sure, but mostly for her kindness. She had been very kind to a lot of Kugane residents and became their medic very easily!! Her skills get a lot of compliments as well aside from her appearance. I’d say her eyes and her smile physically! Example hehe..
