Fire's birthday is the 8th of April. Instead of putting an outrageous amount of pressure on myself again, I scanned a pen drawing I drew in January that made me really happy, and coloured it. To keep that joyous energy intact, I kept all the mistakes! 🐦Yippie-ki-yay!🌷

Fire (a poppy red bird monster) is jumping for joy with a big goofy smile while clicking her heels together.

This image is a scan of the lineart, so there is no colour.

In the bottom right corner is my signature and the date (31/1 - 9/4/2026).

This image is of the artwork in colour. As mentioned earlier, Fire's body is poppy red, with orange "hairfeathers," and golden yellow legs and beak. Her wings are also poppy red with orange tips. Her beak, which slopes upwards, has a dark brown mark on the end.

Clothing-wise: medium brown vest, blue-green scarf, and dusty blue trousers, rolled up at the knees.

In the bottom right corner is my signature and the date (31/1 - 9/4/2026).

Fire, who is a poppy red, bipedal bird monster, stands in what looks like a yellowish (a parchment-like colour) background. Fire doesn't seem to mind being in this void-like space though, and is waving in a carefree manner to the viewer from a distance!

New icon!! It's me (similar to my last icon, but updated)!

If you don't mind me saying, that sounds familiar ...

A cropped panel from the comic "Joybringer." The heroine, Annis, is looking up after her face hit the ground (she has a smudge of dirt on her nose). She's a blue-skinned, navy blue-haired monster of some kind, with sharp pink eyes and large pointed ears. Notably, her right eye is missing, with only a dark empty socket remaining. Her brows are furrowed and she has a big frown on her face. The colour palette is just slightly washed out due to the scene taking place in the early morning.

The Matsuno brothers (from the anime Osomatsu-san) are standing in a deep, dark chocolate brown void, gathered around something emanating beams of warm, golden light. The thing emitting said glow is a green floating matsu (Japanese pine tree) symbol, and it has a golden number "10" on it. The golden glow also includes a little rainbow of bubbles with colours that correspond to each brother (red for Osomatsu, blue for Karamatsu, green for Choromatsu, purple for Ichimatsu, yellow for Jyushimatsu, and pink for Todomatsu). The golden glow shines on all of the brothers. They are all drawn "chibi" style, looking small and cuddly.

The brothers are all smiling in their own distinct ways. Osomatsu is has a slightly playful expression as he holds one hand up to the light, as if it were a fire emitting warmth. Karamatsu holds his hand towards the light as if he were pointing a finger-gun at it before, but now it looks gentler. Choromatsu looks almost a little giddy as he has one of his hands curled up. Ichimatsu's face is mostly obscured, but you can still see his smile. Jyushimatsu appears to be trying to eat the golden light (is he succeeding?). Todomatsu's face is also mostly obscured, but you can still see one of his large, shining irises.

In the top left corner, I wrote "Thank you for being a little light." In the bottom right corner is my signature, and two dates: the date I drew the initial sketch (10/10/2024), and the date I finished this illustration (6/10/2025).

[10th September, 2025] Happy Birthday to ✨ME✨!! I digitally tidied up some mistakes, as I drew this on a wobbly train!

[13/4/2023-18/4/2023] He's perfect.

Karamatsu Matsuno from the anime series Osomatsu-san, in his "famous" look (season 2, episode 1) when he became famous and (somewhere along the way) got very, very fat.

He has tanned skin and dark, shoulder-length hair that's slicked back. He has a long, thin moustache, and a goatee. He has his trademark angular sunglasses on, so you can't see his eyes. His eyebrows are the same as always, thick and determined-looking. He's wearing a white bathrobe with nothing underneath (you can see a bit of his chest hair, and his bare legs are hairy). He has a big, round belly and full chest. He has two gold rings on his fingers. He's simply sitting there with his plush arms and legs out, a broad (closed-mouth) smile across his wide, rosy-cheeked face. He looks very cuddly, emanating an aura of confidence and contentment. He is perfect.

An illustration I drew in pen to be signed at a showing of the movie "Hundreds of Beavers." At the top of the page, I recreated the movie title, "Hundreds of Beavers," in the same font as the movie poster (but with an added exclamation point and question mark, making it "HUNDREDS OF BEAVERS?!"). The main character of the movie, Jean Kayak (played by Ryland Brickson Cole Tews)'s head sits centre stage (evoking a Looney Tunes title card), with a fearful expression. He's wearing his iconic raccoon hat. To the right of Jean is a speech bubble directed at him saying "GULP!"

Behind him are an innumerable amount of angry beaver heads ... including a tiny cameo from Dagget and Norbert, another famous pair of angry beavers.

To the side is my own signature, with my Bluesky username.

Beneath the illustration is Ryland Brickson Cole Tews' signature, with the words "TO KIRSTEN!" above it!
