Of course yesterday we noticed Ruby with a small head wound and she was acting lethargic. This morning she's been eating blueberries and drinking water but acting woobly. Good thing I'm going out of town /s. Hope she's ok when I get back. 🐔🏥

May I introduce you to the work of the CCC (Civilian Conservation Corp) in Puerto Rico? Some fairly amazing construction in the middle of a tropical rainforest. 🌴

So his back right leg is dragging a bit and he's shown some pain. We're trying a few options but instead of tumor regrowth it could be a long term effect of the radiation treatment. If that's all it is I'll take it. Only time will tell. 🧪 🐈‍⬛️

As you move into more wild places you'll run into species that don't care about you or that will bite anything that moves. Example is Aedes sollicitans which is found in salt marshes, and will voraciously bite humans. However needing to stay near marshes means they are an uncommon threat.

My 12 o'clock flight got delayed to 12:30, then 1:15, and now 2:15. So I guess I'll just enjoy him more.

We are back at the vet as he is showing some walking issues. I'm guessing the tumor growth started again but we will see. This sucks.
