Back from SGDQ, and back to silly DS games! Playing Cooking Mama 2 tonight and tomorrow, then doing the Burn a Pie speedrun. Daniel X might be a potential new speedgame (same engine as Shattered Dimensions DS). Destroying cars in Monster Jam, might do some superhero games, and Picross DS all week!
All week whenever I've been in the SGDQ arcade, I've been grinding out Super Monkey Ball Arcade Beginner trying to beat Monkey Ball legend Helix's score. Well with 25 minutes to spare before it closes... :)

With the power of a new time save, I got the first 3:03 in Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass! And with that, I'm done with this run until another big time save is found. I'm SO happy the final boss fights didn't kill this run for the 4th time in a row 💙

Bellum Ship is the worst boss in the game, like I was put into checkmate situations where I had to get hit here on low to mid 3:03 pace. Very cool 😔 Just going to do some Picross DS on stream to cool down. Stop by and pay your condolences if you wish 🙏

Casually just got my 2nd best Phantom Hourglass speedrun ever after making a GIANT comeback from 3rd try Regal Necklace Skip 2 hours into the run. Was over a minute behind and SOMEHOW almost got a new WR out of this! Luck on the final fight ruined it, but this was a WILD run!! AAAAAAA

For reference, this is what the old setup was. I kinda just eyeballed it up until now, but somehow I hit this FIRST TRY after being up all night at RPG Limit Break a month ago! My reaction is very warranted. This was SUPER hard and very inconsistent until now!
Hey so I found a consistent setup for the new skip in Phantom Hourglass last night 👀 This just gets you up to where the Boss Key is 30+ seconds faster than the normal way.
For the next two weeks, I'll be attempting to beat my Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass WR, now that there's a new time save in it that saves a decent chunk of time! Starting with a derust run tonight to see where I'm at! Maybe some Picross DS after to wind down twitch.tv/Mr_Shasta
Beat Revenant Wings tonight! Honestly very good RTS game, if it weren't for the huge flaw of being mega underleveled the whole time. Still had fun regardless of that! We're starting Fantasy Season 4 tonight with Picross DS, since we have time! Gonna enjoy this over the next month or so 💙
Spent about 2 hours making some bomb as HECK breakfast burritos! Baked some potatoes, peppers, onions, and sausage in the oven with olive oil and spices. Poured some eggs on in the last 15 minutes of baking. Cut up each part, rolled it up w/ beans + salsa, toasted in a pan, wrapped up, BAM! Done 🌯

Later in the week, I'm back on the speedrun grind trying for a new World Record in Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass! A new time save was found last month, so the time will get lower 💣🔨
Tonight for DS Destruction, we're playing Final Fantasy, but it's a real time strategy game??? It's Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings for the Nintendo DS! I've heard mixed things about this game over the years, but I'm curious if this game does LostMagic's mechanics better. twitch.tv/Mr_Shasta
Beat Mega Man ZX! Very fun game! 2nd favorite Mega Man platformer on DS so far 👍 Now we're knocking out the 2nd to last game of DSDS Fantasy Season 3: Petz Nursery 2! It's one of 32 Petz games on the Nintendo DS. That's all I know about it. Thank you Ubisoft, very cool.
