I made gluten-free pasta for my DIL today, and it came out good! I used my mixer to make the dough, but hand-rolled & hand-cut the pasta. I didn't want HER to be the guinea pig, so I cooked up all of the leftover 'scraps'. I made them with just butter, salt & pepper, and they were really good❣️🤓❤️

One of those "I knew it was dirty, but I didn't realize how dirty until I cleaned it" moments! My front windows look brand new🤔😉🤓😆❤️

Before: Dirty exterior front windows with a few seasons of Michigan weather grime.

After: I used a mixture of water, vinegar, and dish soap with a sponge to scrub the windows and frames, and then dried with a squeegee and towel.

I used farm fresh eggs from my son & DIL for this batch of pasta dough, and I think it's my best yet! The thin spaghetti drying on the rack is for lunch with my niece today, and the twirled thin spaghetti in the pan will be frozen and saved for a later date❣️😋🤓❤️

My niece got me this Kitchenaid mixer that came with a dough hook. My first attempt at homemade pizza dough was a huge success!! I topped it with my homemade sauce from roasted tomatoes and garlic, portobello mushrooms, bacon, onions & a blend of mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Delicious❣️🤓❤️😋😜

With all the discomfort going around, I really needed some comfort food, so I decided to make my homemade chicken noodle soup. It was my first time making it in a crockpot, but I'm really happy with the result. It's a very hardy soup as I loaded up on the chicken and the veggies❣️🤓❤️😋
