My new favorite thing to do for a laugh is to ask #AI to explain its chain of thought. It continues to be hilariously overcomplicated.😂 This #Ollama #AI #Fail is from Deepcoder. Absolutely love how it keeps skipping past the right answer because it's sure it's wrong. More like shallowcoder 🤦

Beefy enough box. The point really isn't the total time. It's how overcomplicated the thought process is. An overcomplicated thought process is an inefficient thought process.

64gb of RAM.
Radeon RX370 with 36gb of GPU Memory.

More than enough for my day to day, as evidenced by the CPU usage.

Another #Ollama #AI #Fail, this one even more silly. Asked for 'Hello World' in #PowerShell. It took over four minutes. And responded with this stream of (sometimes accurate) silly overthinking. 🤦 (sped the video up by Pi)

Gwen3.6 overthinks the hell out of a question (and knowingly leaves an error in) Asked for it to make a minimal PowerShell script for calculating velocity. 3+ minutes of overthinking ensued. 🤦And the answer is still (slightly) wrong. #AI #Ollama #Fail

Yeah I feel like this advertisement was meant to get people to opt in: "Share your ring footage, save a puppy" (Meanwhile pretty sure Ring sells its footage to ICE and local PD). Cause, doncha know, it's not "officially" a 4th amendment violation if they buy the data. Disgusting use of puppies.

Especially given the layoffs today, someone at #Amazon marketing should probably rethink the marketing phrases on the trucks. "Is Now A Good Time?" 🤷🤦 No, it is not. People getting murdered for protesting, economic upheaval, and a regime that resembles a bundle of sticks. Not a good time.

A prime truck asks:

Is *Now* a Good Time?

I personally think no. It's a pretty bad time. Ask anyone in a city under siege. Ask anyone laid off in the past year.

Ask anyone, and my guess is 9/10 would say "Now" is not a good time.

You're right! Honestly the similarity is a little uncanny.

One of my old life mantras was:
