I'm so sick of this. Had a delivery from a major supermarket today and these crumpets are dated tomorrow. Thanks for that. I used to work in retail stock rotation and you are meant to give people at least 4 days on fresh produce. I know it seems petty but it's annoying
We rescued a little baby Blackbird today. It was on the ground outside our back door so we put it in a box on our garden table with some strawberries and water, and two hours later it flew off under its own strength. Good deed done for the day
