Here is another cartoon from 1924. Looks like the sameguy drew it but I don't know for sure.
I had mentioned earlier in the month that a rezoning vote in NYC threatened to destroy the fabulous High Line in fabulous NYC. Just learned that the vote was rejected so the High Line is safe!
