I've lost just over 38kg (84lbs / 6stone) this year so far and only have 5kg left to go until I'm back where I was 5 years ago! Knowing there's a chance I could full suit huggins someday next year is keeping me motivated when the going gets tough 🧡 lets keep it movin!
