The fact that drawing these took me a couple of days due to how much pain it is to keep my arm stable while using a pencil scares me.😭 But, I wanted to get them drawn at least so when I have a working tablet again, I can actually turn these into emotes for myself to use.🤔🎨

Took a bit to find it, and I've lost the post chain (🥲), but this is for the "Post an older piece you still like" This is from '09, just before my brain 'broke' and I couldn't do any art for about 11+yrs. I wanna redraw it at some point, as I've gotten significantly better at faces and anatomy. 🥰

I know it's not the end of year just yet, but I always find things tend to stick better in my mind when I actually have time let them marinate for a while. So with that, some resolutions I want to try and hold myself to doing this upcoming year. ✏️👀 Screencap with alt, so it's not many posts. ❤️

I am the ONLY graduate of my 3D Game Animation course. And yet, I let that talent just rot.
While, yes, there is good reason for it, too long to go into here, I should not have run away for as long as I did. I was actually good. Why did I stop? [melting emoji]

With only choir in my past, I somehow made a song that won "2nd" place in a contest that went on to be used in a commercial at age 15. I actually liked the process of making music, and just let it slide. It's time to pick it back up and see what I can do. [music notes]

tbh... This year's felt so long I seriously thought that DA:VG was last year. 😅 So I def streamed more than I thought this year. More than proud of my top 5 watched. (yes, even though one is an organization; they put on the BEST shows for the Race to World First 🥰) And, ty for using my emotes! ❤️

My mother owned a set of Prisma's she let me use from time to time, but also ended up swapping me to stuff from Crayola as I began to colour more and more. (We couldn't afford to replace the Prisma's at the rate I would go through them. 😅) But, Crayola's more than good enough if you mix the medias 🥰

Tried checking my own settings for this, and I don't seem to have it. However, my audio device is also listed as RealTek, since I downloaded that driver directly to install when I built this computer. Though, dunno if that'll work with Bluetooth/Wireless devices. Could be worth a try?

The Discord is also full of helpful people. And most of the time, if I get stuck on something, someone else has too. So I've been able to find the info there. 🤔 The hardest part, imo, was figuring out the graphs. One I'm proud of figuring out was a redeem to 'chill' my avatar with ice cubes. 🥶🧊

What's been up with me and art lately? TL:DR - Tablet issues, and needing to wait on holiday/birthday money to potentially fix it. More full explanation in image (and re-written in alt text)

A post I wrote on my person Discord so that I could say more in a single post that reads:

I've had so many ideas to draw lately, but the issues with my tablet make it difficult to keep the creativity flowing.

For those curious;
1) My tablet's pens stopped working off the cord. So I gotta keep them plugged in to work. And one of the two have stopped working completely.

2) The screen is now not registering touches in a few places. And while I can move the image around to get to those places, it's frustrating.

3) The connection may have been slightly damaged, so if the cord moves, the whole screen goes fuzzy and takes a while to clear.

(In Bold) Ok, so pick up a new tablet, they're cheap, right?

Typically, yes. But I've become so accustomed to working on a tablet MONITOR, that going back to a regular tablet will be a learning process.

(In bold) Why not ask for help getting a new one?

This... may be a bit complicated to explain, but I'll try.
I don't repost mutual aid stuff for the same reason that I won't ask for help anymore; namely, I seem to bring out the most vile people when I ask for help for myself or others.
And sometimes, those vile people go after those I ask for help for too.
So it's better for all if I just... don't.

I should get some money from my father and grandmother sometime in the next couple of months. And hopefully my name change will go through in the next month or so, which then means I can open up my Vgen (And just struggle with the current issues to do stuff)
So... it's mostly just dealing until then.

Still just frustrating to have ideas, and not be able to do anything with them. :(

I'm very obviously not someone who does or shares a lot of sexual things. (There's the occassional, but for the most part, just not my thing) HOWEVER, I fully support consentual, adult-based sexual content, entertainment, and work. As long as it passes the Harkness Test, you're good in my books. 🥰

PSA: You can just like things and it can be seen. I say this because I keep seeing people saying that Reskeeting is the ONLY way to see what others post. I had to unfollow this Feed to grab this screenshot to show that that is not true. We have a way to see what people are just liking too!

Was looking through some older drives, and ended up coming across photos I took of some of those Felt Poster's you could colour in. I never used the markers they included. Preferring to use my Crayola Crayons, Pencils and Markers to create; well, these. And I'm chuckling at how I always incl. a 🌈
