Was wondering why this blue-haired chick in the Tangled tv show sounds like Idina Menzel. It turns out the voice actress. It's Eden Espinosa, who was Menzel's original Elphaba standby.
Yeah, I did some independent research™ looking at housing prices as an explanation for the vibecession. The increase in housing prices (to own) aligns reasonably well with its onset, but what I found surprising was how renters have been consistently squeezed for decades. (not my graph)

My buddy's had a bad month. First the seals on the engine of his foodtruck corroded (rotted?) and he lost all his oil while driving up the side of a mountain. The engine locked up. And then his tap water came out brown. More loose seals, and a $3k repair bill. This is a picture of him rn.
I don't know anything about card grading, but I don't see how there's not an relentless pressure to inflate ratings. But at the same time, it's such an artificially conducted market that no one should care if it's lightly fraudulent
