Sometimes you need the most protection. This is a duckbill shaped N95 by Halyard. It’s also called Fluidshield to denote that it’s rated for surgical procedures with the fluid resistant top layer. These very low pressure air exchange for easy breathing w head straps (don’t hurt your ears).

I ordered some head strap Powecom and my confirmation email revealed that BFM is now testing their products at the distribution center as well. End to end QA. They “are the first mask distribution company to achieve ISO 9001.” This is great. I think our government should’ve done that. (Like SKorea)

This cute KN95 earloop respirator mask is the bulk packaged “Welcome” 3D series by WellBefore. I got these from from the Walmart website where they’re sold and shipped by WellBefore. WellBefore website says their “Welcome” is equally rated to their “Pro”. I wore it to a used car dealership.

This is the sticker respirator by ReadiMask. It’s a NIOSH rated N95 that’s perfect for MRIs. That’s where I was headed. No straps, no metal. I took the package to show the tech just in case.

You can build your own air filters to clean smoke or viral contaminants: Corsi-Rosenthal Box

Image describes how to build a Corsi-Rosenthal Box to filter the air from particles like smoke or COVID19Sats-CoV-2 viruses using a box fan, the cardboard box the fan came in to cover all but the out blowing face of the fan on top, duct tape to adhere four high quality MERV 13 or better HVAC filters. The four filters are taped in place as the walls of the box, their airflow arrows pointed inward, the fan is taped on top with its cardboard shroud helping to block air leaks. The joins and the rest of the box are taped well to prevent small openings for air leakage so air travels in through the filters to be cleaned and out through the room.

Once upon a time, I led the FEMA program to teach Community Emergency Response Teams in my county. The idea was to teach people who could both be more prepared and also lead their neighbors in an emergency until more help arrived. The first step in emergency response is emergency preparedness. 1)
