Our Summer Regional Hubs have got off to a flying start with sessions in Leeds, Nottingham, Blackburn and Glasgow. Always a highlight of the year to bring members together to discuss challenges and their innovative, inspiring work to support their communities despite an ever more hostile context.

Greater Together Manchester's 5-a-side football club has been running every Tuesday evening for 4 years⚽ "It brings hope to our members as it is not only an activity that helps improve physical health and mental wellbeing, but it is also a space of community and connection." 1/3 #AMillionActsofHope

In Sheffield, @assistsheffield.bsky.social have been celebrating #AMillionActsofHope with messages of hope and personalised thank you cards from their community of staff and volunteers. 🧡 1/4

GCP told us why the community meals brings hope to them and their community: "Seeing our volunteers, chefs, members, and staff come together and share stories and recipes, for a few short hours each month, people forget their stresses or status and genuinely connect to one another."

Govan Community Project's community meals in Glasgow are a shining example of the #MillionActsofHope that go on all over the UK everyday. Each month, families, friends and community members join the tables at the Salvation Army hall each month in Govan to enjoy a meal that money simply can’t buy.
