Last Thursday was an important day at The Recovery Hub - with graduates completing our 8-week RISE recovery course 🫶 💬 During the ceremony, graduates from the programme read aloud letters to their former selves in front of friends and family, before celebrating with music and food.
Mental Health Awareness Week is a reminder that wellbeing can take many forms, from movement and creativity to conversation and community 💚 At our Recovery Near You service in Wolverhampton, we recently hosted a wellbeing day designed to help people slow down, connect, and focus on themselves.
Did you know more than half of people in prison have a mental health challenge? That’s why support after release is so important. Nacro's personal wellbeing group helps men on probation improve their emotional wellbeing, rebuild relationships and access specialist mental health support.
