In April we lost Mata to tumors on her spleen and other complications. A week later we lost Welkin. She had had a stroke, but wanted to stroll the yard. She never came back in.
Last week we had to let go of a family member. Her name was Mata. She weighed 125#. 5# was hair. She was adopted at 8 weeks and lived in our home for 9 1/2 years. We got her ashes this week. I can’t bury them yet. I can’t let her go yet. I will leave the box on the cabinet until I can.
