Difficult to get excited about a new PM. Eng is fast becoming a foreign nation to Scots & the prospect of a new PM is immaterial to our progress. Starmer had the opportunity to 'change' WM's relationship with devolved nations, but he was too inept or too careless to bother. #ScottishIndependence
