Doing a SNES RPG Challenge over on twitch.tv/naramgamjan where I aim to beat every SNES/SFC RPG that has an EngTrans. I played video games fast for like 19 years. NoReset Speedrun Staff, Shmups & CRT enthusiast, Ex GE:S devteam.
Prior to the big update of 2007, sales were not logged, so I've got shit that's even earlier than that. Guess I gifted CS to a bunch of friends lol Guess I'm getting old.
Ubisoft has been trash for 15 years, it's no secret, but this new part of the EULA is next-level schizophrenia Sure Ubisoft, I will *gladly* obey and destroy my physical copy of the last great game you've ever made, Splinter Cell 3, since you've asked so nicely /s
Throwback to when me and a friend setup Saturn Bomberman and managed to get 10 people to play it (This picture was earlier and only had six players at the time) Don't think we'll ever pull that one off again :(
Playing DOS Blood tonight, and this is in the game files. This just hurts to read now. Fuck Warner Bros, they were one of the few good ones left and they still fucking killed them.
As insignificant as this tiny detail may seem to most, this little swipe on the beat of the song as you start Pocky & Rocky has so much personality that I'll remember it until I'm dead. Little details like this matter so much and reflect just how much the creators cared about the game they made.

Located in the DoubleTree Hilton Hotel in the bilingual city of Montreal, we have an event coming up on March 21st to 23rd. Nothing delights me more than seeing new/returning faces to our event, and we would love to have you. Submissions are currently open until Jan 25th! noreset.tv/events/guide...
Beyond traditionnal speedrunning We also very much welcome skill displays, such as shmup clears, rhythm games and fun showcases. We've had for example in the past a Beatmania IIDX showcase, blindfolded runs, Mega Man X with a live band, a Just Shapes & Beats dancefloor and many others!
Since then, we have broadened our activities alongside the speedrunning marathon by setting several CRT and LCD free play stations, a LAN section with 24 computers, a packed board games section, pinball machines and imported Japanese arcade cabinets.
Our journey began in a small living room, and over the years, we grew to host events at numerous venues such as Dreamhack all around North America, LAN ETS, Comiccon and many more. As of 2022, we now have sufficient funding to host standalone events with more features than before.
We are an evergrowing speedrunning association based in east coast Canada that was founded in 2016, our mission is to bring the gaming community together and raise money for local charities through live speedrunning and offering a welcoming and safe space for video game enthusiasts.
