verdict: perfectly acceptable! a dense bread, to be sure, but a very serviceable vehicle for whatever else one desires to put on it (featured: my cracked pepper turkey and swiss sandwich). they're so quick and easy to whip up that i may have to make some of these in a batch later
today's air fryer adventure: bagels???? (they're not quote-unquote real bagels but i literally do not care lmao) left one is poppyseed and right one is onion garlic... we will see how they turn out once they have cooled 🥯👀
