Adopted the most perfect big baby cat of all time six years ago! Bonito is sweet and snuggly and devious and perfect and I can’t imagine life without this floppy creature who lets us pick him up like a stuffed animal.

Saw my wonderful friends, the Washington Spirit, win their semifinal game in penalty kicks in front of a sold-out Rowdy Audi Crowd and screamed so aggressively I gave myself a headache. Everyone watches women’s sports!!!

Today is my wife’s birthday! I made a flan for her birthday party, and we drank hot cider with bourbon and danced and she showed everyone how she’s trained the cats to do tricks. Life is good because she’s here.
