We had to say goodbye to our 15ish-year-old rescue dog Quigley yesterday. Raise your glass to the lovable, ill-tempered lil short king who was an untrainable perfect scoundrel. As we said, he was part goat, part fox, part shoe, part sock.
One of Casey’s dear former students — herself into frogs/toads like Casey and lil boo — bought this adorable new friend for lil boo, and we’re calling them Toadene. One step closer to the perfect Greg from “Over the Garden Wall” costume.
Turning 45 feels like a big one, but in ways that are hard to pin down. I’m really happy to be here, happy for everything I’ve got, and so fortunate to have many wonderful people in my life. Thank you all for sharing another year together. Let’s keep being kind to one another.
