Went to a cricket match yesterday. My first time watching cricket, in any context. I don't feel I've missed out on 46 years of cricket.
At one point of yesterday's ride I was downwind of the wildfire at Trawsfynydd. The air was noticeably smokey. This photo was once I got north and was looking down into a neighbouring valley. You can see the smoke.
Did most of it earlier this year on a fully loaded gravel bike. It was way tougher than I was expecting. Maybe we were overambitious on how far we could go each day.
Another night, another concert in a castle. This time Snow Patrol at Ludlow.
Due to a planning error, I'm at an open air classical music concert rather than watching the football. #HighBrow
This handsome chap was our family dog when I was a kid. Look at him 😍 I miss him.
There was a brief moment in time, many years ago, where I had DJ slot at a local bar/club. I love the crazy over exposed light effects going on.
Anyone that knows me, knows that Percy Pigs are my absolute vice. I'd love to quit but can't say no. Food Festival today had Percy Pig Rocky Road. Did not disappoint.
Everyone: Don't walk your dogs on hot pavement during the heatwave - it's painful for their feet and cruel. This dog:
Out on the bike in the sunshine. Suddenly everything is ok in the world.
This is very nice chocolate. At this point I think they're trolling us with the tasting notes however.
I was supposed to be in Scotland, but I'm not. So I've come away on the bike for a night on a campsite in Wales instead.
Saw these charming little guys in a shop too. We all need a positive hamster in our lives from time to time.
