this was one of THE first dA memes I filled out as a kid and one of the only surviving examples of my early attempts at digital art back in early 2010 on my very first tablet (and notably before I started exploring gender through the game).

(which features an overenthusiastic night elf yapping incoherently) "Your favorite place in the World... of Warcraft?" (which names Torta but is referencing Tooga the tortoise from Tanaris, infamous for his escort quest to return TO his tortoise wife, Torta). The drawings are very amateur and just black lines on the white background because they were drawn by a 13 year old.

also. I rambled about alascred / alasthanuri on my priv the other night and I think it’s still the closest to concise I’ve gotten talking about them. here. believe it.

Private twitter thread screenshot that reads: BASICALLY in my setting, alas’to and thancred have a very tumultuous, inexorable magnetism but they’re very similar in specific ways that lead to self-destruction if left unchecked. in that thancred would eventually be killed by alas’to and they’d both want it. this would be bad. they do love each other but they make each other worse when left to their own devices. HOWEVER: thancred and urianger are actually good for each other and make each other better. alas’to can then exist as an auxiliary partner that comes and goes. he’s got other shit going on. I just think it’s very fun to have a primary ship that would NOT work longterm as-is and where it’s not either’s sole fault, but rather an OVER-compatibility.

Haurchefant: blood elf spellbreaker, was a Silvermoon city guard and fell to the Scourge. Aymeric: blood elf ranger, regent lord of Silvermoon, rooted out his father’s fel corruption of Silvermoon after having lordship thrust upon him when the others went through the Dark Portal. G’raha: vulpera mage, Kirin Tor background, Khadgar-ish parallels? Emet-Selch: black dragon and archmage, was Earthwarder, broken up about it but in a weird way, ANCIENT and won’t shut up about it, very much hears Old Gods, working with Infinites to try to recreate the “perfect” world.

Lahabrea: black dragon, knocked Thancred out at one point and stole his identity, infiltrated SI:7 and caused all sorts of havoc. Elidibus: black dragon or infinite, tried to turn Urianger Infinite without success, working with the Infinites to try to recreate a “perfect” world, has embodied several historic heroes. Cid: Worgen engineer, Gilnean nobility, interest in improving ordinary life through technology; pressured into weaponry and fucked off to Ironforge to restart his life among the gnomes and dwarves.

Nero: Gilnean Forsaken engineer, thought Cid was killed by rampaging Worgen, starts betraying Gilneas, and dies only to be raised as Forsaken, was lower class as a Gilnean but recognized for his brilliance as a member of the Forsaken, being killed/raised was the best thing to happen to him BUT he learns that Cid is alive and hotter than ever and has a moral crisis (and betrays the Forsaken to work with him). Biggs + Wedge: dwarf and gnome engineers respectively. Jessie: human engineer.

Everyone is in some way tied to/working out of Dalaran in this (closest equivalent to Sharlayan)

Lyse: Draenei monk (windwalker), bodyguard and friend to Papalymo. Papalymo: gnome mage, Kirin Tor background. Tataru: gnome tailor, Dalaran informant. Alisae + Alphinaud: appear to be high elf mages, funny little red whelps. Louisoix: ancient red wyrm, guise of a high elf archmage, established member of the Kirin Tor, mentored and/or rescued almost every other character, died in a great sacrifice (Rhonin-style)

Moenbryda: blue drake mage-hunter, night elf warrior guise, specializes in tracking and trapping spellcasters deemed a threat by the Blue Dragonflight and the Kirin Tor, has a big axe, close friend of Urianger’s from Dalaran, known each other most of their lives. F’lhaminn: Worgen? (crossed out), human lounge singer (Defias spy) who previously worked in Stormwind; ended up taking in orphaned Minfilia after an incident, moves to Dalaran after Minfilia grows up, becomes involved with the Uncrowned. Krile: goblin alchemist + mage, Kirin Tor background.

Yugiri: Draenei rogue, one of the Rangari, informant. Estinien: blood elf demon hunter, Farstrider background, last saw Aymeric before Estinien went through the Dark Portal with Thordan, still hasn’t talked to him since waking up, roped into working as a bodyguard for Tataru, Orn Khai is a whelpling that has been following him around since Broken Shore, Nidhogg demon soulbind. Ysayle: blood elf frost death knight, former warlock, deep bond with her frostwyrm companion, Sylvanas influences, Dalaran Underbelly informant.

Urianger: “highborne” star augur, actually a bronze drake, claims to be shen’dralar, affiliated with the Kirin tor after apprenticing under Louisoix, took care of the twins after Louisoix’ untimely death. Thancred: human rogue (later, warrior), Kul Tiran orphan brought to Stormwind as a child, recruited by SI:7, affiliated with the Uncrowned, combine Shaw and Fairwind, childhood friend / guardian of Minfilia, Urianger foretold that Minfilia was abducted by a dragon so he snuck into Ran’jit’s lair and rescued her BUT: she is not his Minfilia, she is a child and also she is glowing?

(Continued from Thancred’s previous note: Minfilia is fine but now there is a second, smaller Minfilia that he has to raise). Minfilia: Draenei priestess (becomes a Lightforged paladin in the Army of Light in distant possible future where she sacrifices herself to save everyone else), was a child when the Exodar crashes, comes to Stormwind and is taken under term Thancred’s wing but gets taller than him quickly, chosen by the light/naaru—can hear their call and has visions. Ryne: Lightforged Draenei child (rogue), child Minfilia from a separate timeline, abducted by infinite dragon Ran’jit, SO you know Anduin? Well-

Ran’jit: “lightforged Draenei” monk, infinite dragon, was a Bronze tasked with observing the deeds of the Army of the Light, companion and guardian of that possible future Minfilia, viewed her as a daughter and was haunted by her death (which he was not allowed to prevent), turned infinite in an effort to save her, to prevent her from having to become a martyr; traveled back in time to “rescue” Minfilia as a child but lost her in the main timeline where Minfilia is still alive and not a paladin; is trying to recapture her.

Gaia: “void elf” warrior, twilight whelp/drake, Mitron was a former red dragon twisted to twilight, tried to clone Lohgrif but the experiment went wrong and became Gaia (his instinct to create/preserve life got fucked by old god juice). I need to be drawing more digitally (gotta put a textured screen protector on the upgraded iPad soon, it’s too smooth) but I’ve also been really enjoying scribbling on my messy pen/marker/scrap sketchbook again these past few months.

i've ranted abt this on my priv twt so fucking much the past year or so because i keep seeing shit in fandom spaces and it freaks me out bc it's getting so prominent in how people write/draw trans men? it's like we only exist to give birth, not to have personalities or any other life goals

mostly censored private twitter screenshots from november 2025 that read: I really hate that settling down and getting pregnant is still treated as the end goal for any couple even in fiction, even in gay ships. I'm so fucking tired. it's not criminal to like it or anything, I'm just so... man. every time a fandom allows a character to be interpreted as a trans guy, it seems like they also gotta imagine him barefoot and pregnant, playing subservient wifey and mother but it's Fine and Not Regressive bc he's not a woman (even though the misogynistic tropes are still there). sorry. I've complained about this before but I keep seeing shit and I feel haggard. it's such a messy topic. like, people used to attack you (this sucked) for daring to post GNC men in dresses (which rock) but now you see bizarrely tradwife-esque shit of trans guys CONSTANTLY (often quietly detrans fetish) and it really makes me nervous bc of how... mainstream it feels? that doesn't bode well.

finally got to 100 daily tidies in A Little to the Left, which means I have 100% of the achievements now! Love this game and its DLC a lot, it's very satisfying and doing the daily tidies is a fun little task :3

I'm playing around rn trying to see how to make Arator's current design work better for me... I don't really care for the sleeveless hoodie + cargo shorts silhouette, kinda miss some of the Judgment details 🤔

I finally bothered installing those addons to check my class playtime out of curiosity (had to manually log into an uh... obscene number of alts) and honestly, not super surprised? I like warrior 👍
