I'm extremely practical and usually wear a wetsuit so I can snorkel at any time. But here I am in my fanciest dress. How about yours?
On the topic of automated transcriptions, my dad leaves me voicemails in Welsh and my phone has recently started transcribing them as if they were English. He usually follows a similar format: Shwmae Nia, it's dad. I'm calling about X. Give me a call. Okay. These are my faves:
There may be a shiny new sticker coming soon from @transform.wales 😊 Start with people, not solutions.
Prynhawn hyfryd ym mynyddoedd Brycheiniog. The view from Cwm Llwch is beautiful. 🌨️ @adrianortega.bsky.social

Do you know of any examples where orgs display information for different nations/regions on the same page? Like this screenshot from the Marie Curie website. Looking for inspiration - working on content that's mostly the same across nations but has a few differences that need highlighting.
End of an era: last day with the modernising lasting powers of attorney team. I've learnt ridiculous amounts, and will miss @cthimon.bsky.social and the team very much. A real pleasure to work with a team so committed to the Welsh language.☺️
I'm sure people are working really hard on this app, but 'mishmash' is the right word. Here's the home screen and login screens.
Before logging into the NHS Wales app, you select a language. Yet once you're logged in, you get messages like this in both Welsh and English, with just a dash between them. 🫤 The message is weird too - why display this within the app? I'm confused.
