Home from my post-op check-up! Doctor says so far, so good! The tendon reattachment appears to be holding and healing. No damage from falling last week. I got a new cast (Light blue this time!) and will have a frustrating summer, but things are headed in the right direction!

There and back again… Here is a twilight photo of the results of my urgent, short-notice surgery. Doctor says condition of the tissue means this fix is “tenuous” (That’s a direct quote.) and more damage remains, but could heal. Time will tell!
