Clause 7 also looks somewhat stronger for Iran, though the added sentence affirming the importance of sanctions relief for the overall deal doesn't really change anything substantive about what the paragraph says.
Other differences: clause 1 has stronger language on Lebanon, referring to its territorial integrity as well as cessation of hostilities. This would account for Iran's apparent belief that Israeli forces will need to withdraw not simply fix in place.
