These two elderly gentlemen have been having a conversation in the bike lane for the past 15 mins. They have both done the “well time to head out” motion at least once and continue to be in the way of multiple people riding and cars turning at that corner. Amazing stuff really.

Didn’t get to see any whales while on our coast trip this time. Showed dad some of the nice sights that we’ve enjoyed out here. Hopefully he gets to spots some whales as they migrate back north.

This is something that took me much to long to realize, it isn’t simply enough to be not racist, one must be wholly and aggressively anti racist. Simply ignoring your dumb relative at the family gathering isn’t doing anything. You’re not helping anyone with your silence. Ending racism is OUR job.

15 years ago today I got to marry my best friend. While a lot has changed in a decade and a half one thing has remained the same. Our commitment to loving each other and encouraging each other to grow into the best versions of ourselves. I love you Grace! Then, now, always!

From our friends house to our apartment the trip took a total of 2787 miles. Seeing a whole different part of the country than I’ve seen before and experiencing the amazing beauty of Yellowstone. What an experience. Love you dad, thanks for being with us in spirit!
