Saw the Osees for the… 7th time I think. Which is not notable for Osees fans who will see them several times on one tour. I’m a weakling who only sees them once per tour.
I have arrived in the ancient floating city of “getting lost and google maps making no sense”.
I do not regret drawing this picture of Patsy stone from Absolutely Fabulous but I do regret hanging it above my work bench.
Going to sleep now so I can wake up early to watch Melbourne get absolutely ruined by Brisbane. The only way this could go worse would be if the made the team play against actual Lions. #afl #melbourne

For my own enjoyment here is a thread of some of the art from the cards inside. Going to start with Beautiful, move onto gnarly, and then finish with weird and off putting.
Today for £1.99 I bought a full boxed copy of Everway, the weird as shit TTRPG that Wizards of the coast put out in 1995. It’s a diceless, tableless game involving interpreting fate cards and visions.
Not really a Lego person, but someone told me you can rebuild a moped as the bike from Akira… so here we are.
Sometimes being an artist is the act of deciding you’re going to do a series of self portraits at 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes and 3 minutes without taking your pen off the page.
Spent the day teaching the first year illustration students. Actually got them to willingly collaborate and give up their own work for others to draw on. Surely for this I deserve a medal.
