Despite what was said in the Oval Office, you can walk in national monuments.
Build a 3-4 story space on the south end with an amazing main entry, restaurant and great merch space that’s open when the arena isn’t, and then add 15’ for more concourse and services. But how cool would it be to have an outdoor space above the concourse open to fans during events. Even in winter.
This property has two smaller, detached homes behind the large street facing home. A good option on large lots.
This property took one side of a duplex and built two new, small footprint dwellings in Gig Harbor. Technically attached, but doesn’t look like any of the living areas have common walls.
Corner lots are good candidates for infill housing. Some things not to like about these four homes in Tacoma (why so much space between?), but looks like they replaced one home which gives three more households an opportunity.

Routinely remind myself how good this park is. Places for kids, places for adults, places to relax, no bright playground equipment, next to where a lot of people live, places to eat, next to a tram.
This is equal to 10% of the total snow Deer Valley had for the entire season.
I think it’s probably just the broad zoning definition that this is called a cottage court. I think it’s a fine option for those that are interested in this type living. It’s not much different than these, just bigger site with more homes.
Closing at 3 for these reasons is typical in May. Not March. Don’t be surprised if this becomes regular. Also, no Frank Day at Alta this year. I’m guessing the rain early next week is the dagger for PC and Deer Valley. If they make it through the weekend.

I think this is the site, imagine the business license official or snow plow driver being able to live here.
The number one reason I limit who I go backcountry skiing with is summed up right here. Everyone of the recent deaths underscores the importance of decision making. This particular group asked if everyone had their beacon, but never did a check. Can’t imagine how the rest of the group feels.
Sadly another death. It’s easy to second guess people, when the warnings say stay off of and out of the area below avalanche prone areas, please listen. Nearly all of Butler Basin fits the bill, area in pink are slopes steep enough to avalanche.
Wren Hollow is the black run, Mary Back is the green run. Resort follows both. The area on the right of the ski runs are the Mary Chutes, where this avalanche occurred.
