YOOOO check out this rad piece of art @thatonegreenbro.bsky.social did for my birthday!! I LOVE IT AAAAAAHHHHH!!! 🎉🎤
My scale took a moment to wish me a happy birthday before telling me i gained .4 lbs 🎉
I've had to tell this story so many times, so I finally wrote it up for your enjoyment. I went to Rate Field and a series of informational and security failures left me locked a stairwell for about an hour... Read the whole enthralling and hilarious story here: nightshadezero.com/blog/2026.07...
the one time i try to connect with my dad and watch the soccer game, mexico loses, way to ruin the family
I watched that Michael Jackson movie the other day and the most jarring part about it was Miles Teller as John Cusack as John Branca, it haunts me...
10/30 - Rate Field, Chicago, IL - June 23, 2026 The Other Chicago Ballpark. Cheap tickets, fun eats, and robust fanfare attempt to make this a compelling alternative to their Northside counterpart, but low staffing make for painfully slow lines throughout. If only I was able to see the game... 🤔
A Skyline Chili Cheese Coney and a slice of LaRosa’s Pizza, two of Cincinnati’s most iconic delicacies, brought together in a devilish fusion some might consider a crime against humanity, one only possible in the pits of Southern Ohio. I present to you: The Skyrosa. It was pretty good! 😋
9/30 - Great American Ball Park, Cincinnati, OH - June 19, 2026 It has a classic ballpark feel, but with plenty going on in the plaza for pre and post game shenanigans. The riverboat theming is very endearing. Love how this Ohio ballpark has nothing but views of Kentucky beyond the outfield.
wow has it been a whole FOUR DAYS since i've been traveling? i'd say it's just about time for a road trip!!!
I think I've somehow wound up becoming a fur con photographer, so I have a furtrack page here where those photos will wind up! www.furtrack.com/user/nightsh... Official Photographer Portrait by @theabsoluteminus.bsky.social
just got this message regarding my airbnb for this weekend and BAAAAHAHAHAHAHHHH LOLLLLLLLL LMAOOOOOOOOOOO THAT’S A GOOD ONE THAT’S HILARIOUSSSSSSSS YOU’RE SO FUNNNYYYYYY
Side Note on Petco Park, love the park, love its amenities and view and all that… but security demanded that I empty my bag on they way in… my clear, transparent, see-through, petco-park-bag-policy-compliant bag… What’s the point of requiring clear bags then???!? 😑
8/30 - Petco Park, San Diego, CA - June 9, 2026 Ok wow, this one just squeaked past the others to become my favorite of the SoCal ballparks! Great location, easy to get to, BEAUTIFUL VIEW of the city beyond the outfield, and tons and tons of food options, it's like a whole damn mall in there!
ALSO, another side note, don't think I ever mentioned this here. While I was out in Atlanta last month, I had some spare time, so I rented a car and drove 4 hours each way to from Atlanta to Huntsville, Alabama, home of the Rocket City Trash Pandas, to get myself a customized jersey! 🦝
Side note on Angel Stadium, they seem to have a partnership with Bandai Namco so Pac-Man was popping up and about.
7/30 - Angel Stadium, Anaheim, CA - June 8, 2026 Oh boy, I love this a lot more than Dodger's. Super easy to get to and navigate, and much better staffed, no queues for anything! And you get this great lil panorama beyond the outfield with hints of a skyline, passing trains, and mountains afar!
6/30 - Dodger Stadium, Los Angeles, CA - June 7, 2026 Interestingly built into the side of a hill, you can look down into it as you approach! The tree-lined landscape beyond the outfield barely hides the extensive parking lots just over the wall. The hexagonal screens are kinda neat.
🎬(?) I had literally zero experience with this series until I binge watched it yesterday, and now i’m here for the premiere.
